A Little Bit About Me
Jenny Buth

Jenny began training consistently in 2001 through group training. Her motivation was to lose all the weight she gained after her third baby. She started to get bored in the gym and in 2003 decided to take up triathlon by competing in the Danskin All Women's Triathlon.
In 2008, Jenny became a certified trainer with International Sport Science Association and began her business in helping others to become healthy and fit. In 2012, she decided to take the ultimate challenge and sign up for a full IRONMAN in Panama City, FL This is a 2.4 mile swim in the Gulf of Mexico, 112 mile bike ride, and a 26.2 mile run all in one day. After completion of this daunting challenge, she went back to school and became a certified triathlon coach with USA Triathlon in 2015. Since then, she became re-certified as a personal trainer with American Council on Exercise, a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Senior Fitness Specialist. In 2019, Jenny joined Stellar Endurance Club and coaches at their Daytona Beach location where she leads group meet ups for swim, bike, run.
Jenny understands the importance of keeping active with endurance activities and strength training, pairing it with a healthy lifestyle of nutrition. She educates her clients, young and old the importance of daily functional movements and how to pair their food. Her hobbies include, swimming, biking, running, competing in races, paddle boarding and cooking and reading. Her passion is to lead and educate others to achieve their own goals in a healthy and fit lifestyle.
