Service Description
This paid coaching call provides dedicated time to dive deep into your goals, obstacles, and lifestyle. You’ll receive personalized guidance in training, nutrition, and behavior change, along with clear next steps to keep you moving forward with confidence.
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive on time. If you arrive late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time unless there is open time after your session. Full session fee will apply. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours of the scheduled session time, the client will forfeit 100% of the session cost. True emergencies happen and may be taken into consideration on a case-by-case basis. If a session is canceled with more than 24 hours' notice, the client may reschedule the session within the current month or the subsequent month.
